With over 12 years of clinical experience, I’ve helped clients navigate everything from IBS and chronic pain to anxiety, low mood, and sleep issues. Time and time again, I saw the same truth play out: you can’t heal a gut that’s stuck in survival mode.

 

That’s why I created The Rest and Digest Healing Pathway, a gentle yet powerful approach designed to calm your nervous system, reconnect you to your body, and ease the tension that perpetuates digestive symptoms.
